Application
DTSY450-E, DSSY450-E Three phase electronic prepaid energy meter is a new smart energy meter developed by our company, complies with national standards: GB/T17215.321-2008、GB/T18460-2001, its metering part adopted advanced technology to design, make higher accuracy, the data processing part composed of hi-speed microcomputer chipset, can run more quickly, more accurately, lower power loss, longer service life.
Function and Features
1.Energy metering: measure the accurate electric energy of user.
2.Prepayment: the user pays the charge of electric energy in advance, then consume electricity, this way make administration easily.
3.Alarm of Electricity shortage: when the rested electricity less than setting value, the alarm lamp will flash at 1Hz, remind user of electricity being not enough.
When the rested electricity equal to setting value of alarming, the alarm lamp keep lighting, relay is opened, the user has to insert the user card one, relay will close and let user consume again till rested electricity is zero, during this period, alarm lamp will flash at 1Hz.
When the rested electricity equal to zero, the relay is opened, alarm lamp keep light, at this case, the user has to purchase electricity and insert his card for re-consumption.
4.How much the user purchase, how much he can consume, no more limit, make the obligation very clear.
5.Metering if the purchased electricity is negative, when rested electricity is zero, if relay has fault and can't be opened, the power supply for user is still ON, the meter can measure the electric consumption, but the data is negative and the information will be saved in storage device for check, when the user purchase next time and insert the card, the meter will deduct the electric consumption automatically, the fault information has to be cleared by the administration department.
6.Power limited: when the total consumed power exceed the maxi setting value of meter, it will open the relay, remind of overloading, the user insert card for reclosing, continue electric consumption, power counting take 2 minutes. The administration department set the maxi power value in the software of the meter.
7.Anti-counterfeit: one meter one card, if user code, meter code of the card and meter are different, when the card inserted, the meter will display error code, please refer to attached table
8.Purchased electricity not missed even if card lost, once the card is lost, the user can go to administration department and replace a new card, and the purchased electricity in former card is still valid.
9.Anti-hoard: according to national policy, prevent user purchasing in great deal, the user is limited to purchase every time, to ensure the maxi electricity in meter does not exceed the specified value.
10.Zone identification function: during ex-works, the province, zone code has been set in the meter. When user card inserted in the meter, if zone code between card and meter is different, the meter will not identify, this can help user management, prevent the different agents selling the meters to other unauthorized zone.
11.If purchase card is lost, the user can replace a new card from administration department.
12.Refund function: if the rest electricity shall be returned to user, the user shall return the card, and administration refund the balance amount to user.
13.Real time ON/OFF function: the administration department can switch on/off the power supply through meter at real time.
14.Cancellation: when the operator input wrong electricity value, it can return to former unpaid status.
